Proof of Inaction™

A focused pilot design intended to test whether a future JusticeTree implementation can reliably withhold consequential action when required validation conditions are missing, conflicting, or unresolved.

Pilot 001 is not yet operational.

JusticeTree is currently in platform development and pilot-design stage. Live intake is available for briefing requests. Operational validation tools are under development and will be released through controlled pilots.

Define the control test

Can the system stop when it should not act?

Pilot 001 defines how JusticeTree would be tested inside a bounded administrative workflow. The future pilot objective is to establish whether an implementation consistently detects unresolved conditions, interrupts action, and preserves a safe state.

Choose one consequential workflow with identifiable authority, evidence, timing, and execution requirements.

Encode

Translate those requirements into explicit validation conditions and safe-state triggers.

Exercise

Run valid, invalid, incomplete, conflicting, and edge-case recommendations through the pathway.

Demonstrate

Test whether eligible actions release and unresolved actions remain withheld within the controlled pilot environment.

02 — Proposed controls

Target pilot behavior

Inaction would be enforced inside the execution pathway.

In the target design, Safe-State Routing™ would remove an unresolved action from the active path, while Proof of Inaction™ would preserve evidence of the non-action state until lawful resolution.

Execution event

Execution interruption

An interruption event occurs when a required validation fails or remains indeterminate. It is not a top-level framework control.
